WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER PURCHASE

After purchase, an auto email will send welcoming you.

WITHIN 24 HOURS

You will be sent a contract to sign and access to the client portal.

SCHEDULING YOUR DESIGN DATE

Once you are in the client portal you will be able to schedule your design date on my calendar and complete your prep work.

1 WEEK PRIOR TO DESIGN DATE

We will consult about your prep work to ensure we are on the same page.

Your Questions, Answered

  • Once you book, you’ll receive an automated email letting you know your spot is locked in, and we’ll be officially on our way to creating something amazing together! At this point, you’ll need to be on the lookout for your contract to be sent to you for signature and within 24 hours you’ll have access to the client portal!

  • Yes, for websites you will be responsible for:

    • Squarespace subscription - I recommend Core or higher - View pricing

    • Domain

    • Legal documents like Terms and Privacy (I do recommend Termly.io which has a free Privacy policy option)

    For Brand Styling/Websites:

    • Only if I need to source a premium font that you will need a license for. Typically under $25 and a one-time fee.

  • Technically, but not glued to your computer. You need to be easily accessible via our client portal chat if there are any questions throughout the day. Otherwise, I need you to be fully available for 1 hr during your feedback window so that I can implement any revisions at that time.

  • Rather than overwhelming you with endless options, I focus on creating one refined, strategic direction for your brand.

    This allows for time on the logo variations that align with your vision, feedback and final refinements during your Design Day.

  • Yes, but you will need to schedule a second design day or half design day, depending on the scope of what you’re requesting.

  • No, due to the nature of this service there are no refunds.
