TEMPLATE TERMS & POLICIES

Please read these terms carefully before purchasing our products or services. By purchasing our products or services, you accept and agree to our Template Terms & Policies.
Note that you have to be of legal age (i.e. 18 years or older) to fully comply with this agreement.
Template License & Usage
When you purchase a template from Tracy Nichole Creative, you’re purchasing a license to use the design, not ownership of the design itself.
What you can do
Use the template for one (1) Squarespace website (one brand/one domain).
Customize fonts, colors, images, and text to fit your brand.
Use the template for your own business or personal website.
What you cannot do
Share, copy, gift, resell, sublicense, redistribute, or “template swap” any part of the template (including sections, layout, styling, or design assets).
Claim the template (or any portion of it) as your own work.
Use the template to create derivative templates for sale or free distribution.
Provide the template files/duplicated site to another person, business, or designer.
Client / designer use
If you’re a designer or you’re purchasing on behalf of a client: you must purchase one license per client site. One purchase = one website.
Violating this license may result in revoked access to template resources and/or legal action where appropriate.
Digital Product Delivery
This is a digital product. No physical items will be shipped.
Your purchase is delivered via email to the email used at checkout or the email you shared in the notes for your already existing Squarespace Account.
Please allow up to 24-48 hrs (1-2 business days) for delivery (usually faster—unless technology chooses chaos). May incur delays during holidays.
If you don’t see your delivery email, check spam/promotions, then contact info@tracynichole.com with your order info.
Download access
To protect against link sharing and expired downloads, access may be limited by time or number of downloads.
Template Compatibility & Requirements
Templates are built for:
Platform: Squarespace 7.1
Editor: Fluid Engine (unless stated otherwise on the product page)
You are responsible for:
Having an active Squarespace account and the correct plan level for any features you want (commerce, member areas, scheduling, etc.).
Adding your own content (copy, images, services, products, links).
Note: Some features may look slightly different across browsers/devices and may require minor adjustments once you add your content.
Customization & Scope Policy
Your template purchase includes:
The template design + layout structure
Any included instructions/guide(s) provided with the product
Your purchase does not include:
Custom design work, custom coding, brand strategy, copywriting, or tech setup beyond what’s listed in your support policy
Uploading your content for you
Editing your images, writing your copy, or selecting your brand fonts/colors

Support Policy
The company offers 30 days of email support beginning on the date of your purchase. Within this period, you are entitled to a reasonable amount of help from us—the definition of which will be determined by Tracy Nichole Creative at our sole discretion.
Please note that your purchase includes the design template only, and does not include:
Template customization (unless a Template Restyle package is purchased)
Installation to an existing website ( unless a Template Install package is purchased)
Domain
Squarespace subscription
Third-party integrations
Copy
Imagery
SEO
Any other fees
Requests for support must only be made by submitting a ticket. We aim to respond to your questions within 48 hours during weekdays ONLY, but please understand that this may take longer for more technical problems or during peak periods.
We provide assistance for the following areas of concern:
Delivery of our website templates and tutorials
Clarification on our template features or settings
Effects of Squarespace updates on our templates
General template bug fixes and patches
However, take note that our support does not cover the following:
General Squarespace questions and issues (these are best handled by the Squarespace support team)
Compatibility with third-party plugins
Issues from modifications of custom code or functionality
Server or hosting configurations
Design strategy
Service or hosting configurations
Refund Policy
Due to the non-tangible, digital nature of our offerings, we do not issue refunds or exchanges if you are unsatisfied with them. Please review the template page and live demo prior to purchase. Kindly contact us if you have any other questions or clarifications.
Tracy Nichole Creative reserves the right to refuse the delivery of the product for any reason. If payment was made before refusal, the company will promptly issue the refund. You acknowledge that we do not have control over the third-party payment processor and associated fees.
The company also reserves the right to cancel any installation order at any time. If this occurs, you will be refunded the full amount of the service but not the cost of the template itself.
Installation Policy
Your purchase of any template includes the delivery of your template copy to your email within 1-2 business days of purchase.
If you avail our installation service on an existing Squarespace site, we will do our best to complete it within 5 business days. This service includes the following:
Immediate access to the template's video tutorials, code documentation, and other supplementary resources
Transfer of the purchased template as a separate site to your Squarespace account within 2 business days
Inclusion of placeholder content, images, and graphics as featured in the demo website
Configuration of site styles and plugins to match the template's demo website
These actions fall outside the scope of the template installation:
Migration or transfer of your existing website content and media
User-specific configurations and customization of the template in any form, including changes to content, colors, and functionality
Purchase or setup of a new Squarespace account
Installation of third-party plugins
Revisions of any form
We strive to represent our templates as accurately as possible. But due to Squarespace updates, there may be minor differences between the demo version and the installed template. Some sections or blocks may also appear unstyled before user-specific configurations.
Though installation would not change the content on your existing website, it does materially affect how the content is displayed in the browser. You can set up a cover page or a temporary password during the process.
Since the template will be transferred to your account as a separate site, you will have to manually migrate any preexisting content. Take note that you will also have to replace the placeholder images as well or purchase their respective licenses from our affiliate.
Please understand that backlog or other unforeseen circumstances (e.g. medical emergency, natural disaster, act of war) may cause delays to our services. We will do our best to keep you updated on progress. However, no compensation will be provided for the delayed delivery of the template.
We also do our best to protect your existing website data during the installation. However, in the unlikely event that something goes wrong, Tracy Nichole Creative cannot be held liable for lost or corrupted blocks, sections, pages, or code. We strongly encourage you to back up your site.
AI-Assisted Knowledge Base
To enhance our support services, we provide access to an AI-assisted knowledge base that pulls answers from trusted information sources. This knowledge base offers instant answers to a wide range of questions, including general information about our templates and basic Squarespace functionality. By using this service, you agree to the following terms:
The AI-assisted knowledge base is provided as a complementary service and is not a substitute for human support.
It offers instant answers to general questions and can be a quick first step for information before contacting our support team or Squarespace support.
Access to the AI-powered knowledge base and template tutorials is strictly for licensed users only. Sharing access with unauthorized users is prohibited.
Information provided by the AI system is generated based on our knowledge base and may not always be up-to-date or perfectly accurate.
For template-specific issues or complex queries, you may still need to submit a support ticket for personalized assistance.
You should verify any critical information obtained from the AI system with official documentation or human support.
We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of information obtained from the AI-assisted knowledge base.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the AI-assisted knowledge base at any time without prior notice.
Intellectual Property + No Redistribution
All templates, layouts, written guides, and included assets (unless otherwise credited) remain the intellectual property of Tracy Nichole Creative.
You may not:
reproduce, distribute, or publicly share template content
post the template files or template link in forums/groups
offer the template as a “freebie,” bonus, or client handoff item
Updates & Changes
Squarespace occasionally updates features and editor behavior (because they like to keep us humble).
Template purchases include the template as-is at the time of purchase.
If Squarespace makes changes that affect the template, Tracy Nichole Creative is not responsible for platform-wide issues or changes outside of our control.
Privacy
When you purchase, we collect the information needed to:

deliver your template
provide customer support
We do not sell your personal information.
