  • Every successful website starts with a clear plan. We'll review your current website, business goals, and existing content to develop a strategy that better positions your business while creating a clear roadmap for your design.

  • Once the design direction is approved, I'll build your new custom website using the platform that's the best fit for your business goals, content needs, and long-term maintenance.

  • The final phase focuses on polishing every detail before launch. We'll complete final refinements, optimize the website for search, thoroughly test functionality, and prepare everything for a smooth transition to your new website.

    After launch you’ll have 1-week of functionality support only.

  • If your business has grown beyond the website you started with and you’re ready for a custom website that reflects where you are today and supports where you’re headed next, this is likely the right place to start. If you’re not sure, don’t worry. We’ll figure that out together before moving forward.

  • I believe the best platform is the one that best supports your business and your goals. While many of my projects are built in Squarespace, I also work with platforms like Framer when they’re a better fit for the type of experience we’re creating. My recommendation is always based on what will serve your business best, not on forcing every project into the same platform.

  • You are responsible for:

    • Platform Subscription

    • Domain (You can go through Squarespace or a third-party like Go Daddy, Namecheap)

    • Legal Documents (Privacy Policy, Terms, etc.) For the Privacy Policy I do recommend a free option to my clients through Termly.io

    • FOR ADVANCED BUILDS: Third Party Plugins if you need them for specific functionality.

  • Absolutely. If you need a simple, thoughtfully designed visual identity before your website begins, I offer Brand Styling as an add-on to help create a cohesive look before we move into design.

  • This is a collaborative process. I’ll guide the strategy and design, while you provide the insight that only you can about your business. Together, we’ll create a website that feels authentic to your business and aligned with your goals.

  • No. While having content prepared helps keep the project moving, you don’t need everything figured out before reaching out. I’ll guide you through exactly what you’ll need before design begins, and you’ll have plenty of time to prepare.

  • Your project includes a focused revision phase to make intentional refinements.

    Because this is a streamlined process, revisions are structured to a dedicated timeline at the end of the design process to keep things moving while still ensuring everything feels aligned and complete.

  • Due to the nature of this service and deliverable, there are no refunds.
