How is it possible to design a website in one day?

The key — all the prep work is completed ahead of time so that your design day run smoothly and efficiently without us having to go back and forth constantly.

Instead, we will have scheduled times before the design begins to ensure we are on the same page and at the end of the design for feedback and any revisions. All through our client portal chat system.

The Website Design Day Package

This is a fully custom design experience for service-based businesses and personal brands. No templates, no shortcuts—just intentional design built specifically for your brand.

The Process

  • Book your day by:

    • Paying for your design day upfront

    • Sign your contract

    • Receive access to the client portal

    • Watch the welcome video

    • Schedule your design day on my calendar

    • Complete your design day prep work (complete questionnaire & Pinterest exercise, gather your content—images/videos, written content, and branding assets (unless branding is done by me ahead of web design.)

    • Creative consult with me to discuss your prep work and strategy.

    • Design Days are typically 8:30 AM - 5 PM EST

    • Feedback & Revisions within that timefram

      • You must be available during that time to review your walkthrough video, website, and request revisions.

    • After revisions, we start the process of connecting your site to your Squarespace account, and you’re ready to launch within 24-48 hrs.

    • 1 week of email support for functionality only

    • Access to the Video Tutorial Library

Frequently Asked Questions

  • You can pay in full directly on the website or you can request a 4-month payment plan ($4000 split into 4 months — 4 payments of $1000/mo)

  • Technically, but not glued to your computer. You need to be easily accessible via our client portal chat if there are any questions throughout the day. Otherwise, I need you to be fully available during your feedback window at the end of the day so that I can implement any revisions at that time.

  • Yes, I specialize only in Squarespace design.

  • You are responsible for:

    • Squarespace Subscription, I recommend the Core package or above if you need more functionality - View pricing

    • Domain (You can go through Squarespace or a third-party like Go Daddy, Namecheap)

    • Legal Documents (Privacy Policy, Terms, etc.) For the Privacy Policy I do recommend a free option to my clients through Termly.io

    • FOR ADVANCED BUILDS: Third Party Plugins if you need them for specific functionality.

  • For 2-day designs, I recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance so that you have enough time to gather the necessary prep work.

    For advanced design, I recommend reaching out 1-2 months in advance to ensure availability.

  • Your project includes a focused revision phase to make intentional refinements.

    Because this is a streamlined process, revisions are structured to a dedicated timeline at the end of the design process to keep things moving while still ensuring everything feels aligned and complete.

  • The Design Day is focused and efficient—but the work begins before that.

    Through your questionnaire, our creative direction consult, and behind-the-scenes prep, everything is thoughtfully planned in advance. This allows us to use your Design Day to fully execute your website with clarity and intention.

    With that said, if your prep work isn’t completed in time for our creative direction consult, we will need to reschedule your design day.
