It’s all in the prep work.

Instead of figuring things out as we go, everything is planned ahead of time. That means no constant back-and-forth, no decision fatigue during the design day, and no wasted time.

We go into your website in a day with a clear plan—and that’s what makes the speed possible without sacrificing quality.

After designing websites for small businesses and creatives, I’ve refined this process to make fast launches possible without cutting corners.

What Prep Work Is Required for a VIP Day?

Before your website design day, you’ll complete a few key things:

• A detailed questionnaire

• A Pinterest inspiration exercise

• Your website copy (using my DIY guide)

• Brand photos and/or videos

• Brand assets (logo, colors, fonts, etc.)

Don’t have branding yet? I offer a one day brand styling package too.

Most clients take about 2 weeks to complete this prep work.

Once everything is submitted, we’ll connect inside your Client Portal to review everything and make sure we’re fully aligned before your one day website.

What If My Prep Work Isn’t Ready?

Here’s the good news: you’re in control of your timeline.

After purchasing your website in a day, you’ll get access to your Client Portal and my calendar. You’ll choose your design day based on what works for you.

The only requirement?
Your prep work needs to be completed at least one week before your website design day so I can review everything and create a solid plan.

If it’s not ready in time, no stress—we can reschedule.

My Website in a Day Process

Here’s exactly how it works:

1. Book Your Day
   When you’re ready, you can purchase your VIP Day directly through my website. Full payment is required to secure your spot.

2. Contract + Client Portal Access
   Within 24–48 hours, you’ll receive your contract and access to your Client Portal, where everything stays organized.

3. Schedule Your Design Day + Complete Prep Work
   You’ll choose your date from my calendar and work through your prep checklist. Everything should be completed one week before your website in a day.

4. Design Day
   You don’t need to be glued to your computer all day. Just keep your phone nearby in case I need you. By the end of the day (typically between 4–6 PM EST), you’ll receive: A walkthrough video, access to your non-live site, and time to submit revisions

5. Revisions + Launch
   Once you send your feedback, I’ll make updates and prep your site for launch.

I allow a 24–48 hour buffer for going live—because, you know… technology likes to do its thing sometimes.

And then? We launch 🎉

  (but don’t think that limits you—we can get creative with those five pages. You can do the standard home, about, services, contact, and resources or portfolio.
